Share This > Sports Illustrated put Kate Upton in a bikini and took her in a parabolic flight to demonstrate how zero gravity works on muscular and fat body masses. To initiate such a parabolic flight path, the airplane, a specially modified Boeing 727, first climbs at 45 degrees, then reduces thrust and leveling the plane, and then dives down. Then for about 25 seconds you get the sense of zero gravity. The nickname for these airplanes used for this kind of training is Vomit Comet, because of the roller coaster like motion that could make someone sick.
